Mattress King offers 90 days in home comfort trial guarantee. Customer must sleep on the new mattress for at least 30 days as it can take up to that period to adjust to the body like a new pair of shoes. Customer must purchase a waterproof mattress protector from MK at the time of purchase of the mattress to qualify for the guarantee. There is a 25% handling charge plus nominal delivery and pick up fee. Only the mattress qualifies for the exchange, exchange is limited to one time only box springs, adjustable beds, floor samples, and internet sales are excluded. Selected models of Sealy, Crown Jewel, I'comfort, Serta perfect Sleeper and I'cool are covered under the CG. To qualify for the Guarantee the mattress must be stain free and not damaged in any way.
